Good morning and welcome to a new world where travel trends will be different for the next year while people need to adapt to new ways of living. This is temporary, however if we want to succeed now we also need to adapt to the new trends.

Our strength at Gaiety is using analysis to identify the supply and demand and this is different for each one of our clients. We all sell the same hotels but the focus is different, and this is why there isn’t just one supplier in the world for booking hotels.
Right now we find the biggest gap is on the demand side. The clients we are all trying to sell to are now not able to book or travel like before so the focus is on connecting new clients that match the product currently contracted.
